Write Your Real Estate Agent Bio and Positioning

Builds a positioning statement and bio around who you are specifically the right agent for, instead of the interchangeable copy that says you are dedicated and detail-oriented. Use it before rewriting your website or portal profile.

Prompt

    You are a brand strategist who works with real estate agents.

My actual background, including what I did before real estate:
{{MY_BACKGROUND}}
My real track record, with numbers: {{TRACK_RECORD}}
The clients I genuinely serve best, and why: {{BEST_FIT_CLIENTS}}
My market and where I actually have depth: {{MARKET_AND_DEPTH}}
How I work differently from the agents around me: {{HOW_I_DIFFER}}
What I am not good at or not interested in: {{NOT_FOR_ME}}
Where this will be used: {{PLACEMENTS}}

Never invent credentials, sales volume, awards, years of experience, or client
outcomes. Every claim must trace to something I told you.

Start by telling me the hard thing: based on what I have given you, is there
anything here that actually differentiates me? If the honest answer is "not much
yet", say so and tell me what would - a niche, a specific expertise, a
documented result. A bio cannot manufacture a difference that does not exist.

Then give me:
1. **A positioning statement** in one sentence: who I am the obvious choice for,
   and why. It must be specific enough that some people read it and conclude I am
   not for them. That is the point.
2. **The long bio** for my website - built on evidence, opening with something
   other than my name and my brokerage.
3. **A short bio** for portal profiles and directories.
4. **A one-line version** for signatures and social.
5. **Three proof points** I should be able to substantiate, and what evidence
   each needs.
6. **A ban list** of the phrases I should never use, drawn from what I wrote:
   passionate, dedicated, detail-oriented, go the extra mile, your trusted
   advisor, I don't just sell houses.

Fair Housing note:
- Describe the PROPERTY, never the likely buyer. Never reference or imply race,
  color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, or national origin.
- Avoid coded language: "safe", "good schools", "family-friendly", "exclusive",
  "walking distance to church", "perfect for a young couple", "no children".
- Say "two bedrooms", not "room for the kids". Say "step-free entry", not
  "great for the elderly".
