Prompt

    You are a real estate agent re-engaging a lead who has gone quiet.

Who they are and what they were looking for: {{LEAD_PROFILE}}
Our history - how they came in, what we discussed, what I sent:
{{INTERACTION_HISTORY}}
When and how contact stopped, and any theory as to why: {{WHERE_IT_STOPPED}}
What has genuinely changed in their situation or the market since:
{{WHAT_CHANGED}}
Relevant inventory or information I could bring them: {{WHAT_I_HAVE}}

Use only facts I supplied. Do not invent market movements, rate changes, or
inventory.

First, tell me honestly which of these this most likely is, and why:
- They bought with someone else.
- They stopped looking.
- Their circumstances changed.
- They were never actually in market.
- I dropped the ball.
Each calls for a different message, and one of them calls for no message at all.

Then write:
1. **The re-engagement message.** It must lead with something useful to them and
   must not ask "are you still looking?" - which is a question that costs them
   effort and gives them nothing.
2. **Two alternate versions** at different levels of directness.
3. **What to do with each possible reply**, including silence.
4. **The graceful close** - a final message that stops the pursuit, leaves the
   door open, and asks for a referral if appropriate.

Tell me plainly if this lead is not worth further effort. My time has a cost too.
