I'm gonna show you how to consistently attract five thousand to ten thousand dollar clients with one twenty minute video. No more spending all day on social media.\n\nNo complicated funnels. Just one twenty minute video to bring you all of the high ticket clients that you want. So who is this for? Well, as I said before, this is for anybody who makes a living from your wisdom, knowledge, or expertise.\n\nThat's coaches, experts, therapists, doctors, course creators, health professionals, medical practitioners, and we've worked with clients at every level. So maybe you are just starting out or maybe you're stuck at ten k a month, fifty k a month. Maybe you're stuck at a hundred k a month. Maybe you're even trying to reach a million dollars a month.\n\nWhat I really want you to understand is that no matter where our clients have been at, this one idea is the key that unlocked everything else. So when you grasp this one thing that I'm gonna share with you today, everything else becomes dead simple. So who am I and why should you listen to me? Well, as I said, my name is Russ Ruffin.\n\nI'm the founder of a company called Clients on Demand. We are the high ticket experts since twenty thirteen. We pioneered the entire high ticket coaching space way back in twenty thirteen. And since then, we have always been on the cutting edge of what is working now.\n\nHigh ticket is all we do, and it's all we teach. And we've got the results to show for it. We've done over a hundred million dollars in high ticket coaching sales, six thousand happy clients, five star Trustpilot reviews. We've probably launched the careers of more high ticket coaches than anyone else, and my mission is to help you live your mission.\n\nSo before we dive into this real quick, I want you to understand I am not saying that you're gonna take this idea and you're gonna scale it to a hundred million or even a million or even a dollar. This is not get rich quick. This is not do nothing and get paid. No fake experts.\n\nIf you're not good at what you do, I can't help you. And what I want you to understand is all I'm doing on this masterclass, I'm gonna show you what worked for us and what has worked for our clients. What you do with that information is up to you. So nothing that I say here should be taken as a claim in any way about what you can achieve or what you can accomplish.\n\nThis stuff is really, really hard. What I wanna do for you today is just pull back the curtain and show you what's working right now in twenty twenty five. And I wanna show you how to make this simpler than you ever thought possible. Does that sound fair?\n\nAlright. Let's dive in. So we talk to coaches and experts all the time, and here's what we're hearing. People are telling us, Russ, people are less trusting and they're more skeptical than ever.\n\nWhen I talk to people about signing up for my programs, all there is is skepticism and doubt and nobody believes anything I'm saying. We're also hearing people saying that attention spans are really short. Everyone's dopamine addicted. Everyone's scrolling through TikTok and Instagram reels and all this other stuff.\n\nAnd it's like no one is even listening to what you're saying. People are also complaining that ad costs have gone up four to five times in just the past few years. People are saying it's more expensive than ever to attract great leads. They're saying that they're doing sales calls.\n\nThey're having sales conversations with people who are browsers and not buyers. So they're booking those calls because they're curious, but they're in no way, shape, or form are they ready to buy. It's getting harder to even get people to show up for a discovery call or a breakthrough session or whatever you wanna call it. People are saying it feels like everyone is saying the same thing.\n\nAnd then in order to stand out in the marketplace, they're having to say a lot of stuff that they just don't even believe in and be totally inauthentic, and that sucks. People are saying that they're posting on social media all the time. No one cares. No one's commenting.\n\nAnd that people are looking at your posts, but at the end of the day, no one is buying. So why is this happening? There's a very simple reason why this is happening. And that reason is this.\n\nWe are one hundred percent in a trust recession.\n\nNobody is engaging. Nobody believes anyone. Everyone has been sold to a bajillion times, and, like, nobody wants to hear it. So, what I want you to understand is that because we are in this trust recession, getting clients in two thousand twenty five is really about one thing, establishing your trust and authority and doing that as quickly as you possibly can.\n\nYou've got to cut through this environment of total skepticism. You have to get your voice heard, and you have to reach your ideal clients in a real and authentic way. So unfortunately, a lot of people are trying to bridge this trust gap the wrong way. So here's some of the things that we see people trying.\n\nPeople are trying to do a low ticket offer. They're trying to sell something for three dollars, five dollars, twenty seven dollars thinking, well, you know, somebody will drop three bucks and then I can sort of earn their trust. The problem is you're gonna lose a fortune if your prices are that low. And I can tell you from experience that low ticket buyers are some of the most difficult and high maintenance people you will ever want to work with.\n\nIt is a nightmare and you just don't need to do it. Don't devalue the work that you do just because there's this trust recession. Other people are trying to write a best selling book when you know how long that takes. Right?\n\nOther people are trying this launch model which, you know, is terrible because you're sinking all this money and all this cash into this big launch. And guess what? If that launch flops, you are toast. I don't want you to be in that position.\n\nYou see people running challenge funnels and those are just honestly completely played out. People trying to have a and those are just honestly completely played out. People trying to have a hit podcast. You see people trying to post to social media ten times a day.\n\nLike, if I could just post and post and post, then eventually people will trust me. And you see also people trying to run these insane guarantees that they can't possibly fulfill on. Like, they're just trying kicking and screaming to get someone to trust them. And why is this dumb?\n\nWell, this is dumb because all of these strategies are slow. These strategies are expensive or sometimes these strategies are straight up dangerous or some combination of all three. So what I want you to understand is that you don't need any of that stuff to establish trust and authority. All you need is one twenty minute video, and we've been proving that since two thousand thirteen.\n\nSo let's take a look at what that looks like. Here's my promise to you today. What I'm gonna show you is how to attract five thousand to ten thousand dollar clients consistently and become the number one authority in your prospect's mind and how to do that with just one twenty minute video. So let's go ahead and dive in.\n\nThe first insight that I have for you today, the first thing you need to understand is that it's not about you. Your audience does not care about you at all. So your audience doesn't care, like, what diplomas you have, where you studied, how much experience you have, how many testimonials and case studies you have.\n\nWe know this because the majority of our seven and eight figure clients didn't have any of this stuff when they came to us. And it's really important that you understand that. If I only could work with people who had a PhD or I only could work with people that have ten certifications or if I only could work with people that have like, you know, hundreds and hundreds of case studies and testimonials, I would literally be out of business because none of my clients would have gotten results. The straight up truth is that the vast majority of our most successful clients didn't have any of this stuff when they came to us.\n\nAnd so we had to figure out, okay. Well, if they don't have any of that, how do we establish their authority without any of those things? So the only thing your audience cares about is what can you do for me? They're not interested as much in your story.\n\nThey're not interested in where you got certified. They're not interested in where you went to school. They're not even interested in your solution to the problem.\n\nAll they want to know is what can you do for me? And it's so important that you understand that. The best way to instantly establish your authority is to describe your audience's problem better than they can. At Clients on Demand, this is our secret sauce.\n\nThis is how we're able to take coaches and experts who are total unknowns, who don't have a big audience or a big social media following and really help them build and scale their business quickly because this is the secret to connecting with your audience in an authentic and powerful way and you can do it in just a few minutes. You have to describe your audience's problem better than they can. Now, when you do this right, something amazing happens. Your audience concludes on their own that you are the one they need to work with to solve their biggest challenge.\n\nSo really in marketing guys, that's all we're trying to do. We're trying to put a message in front of your audience that makes them go, hey, you know what? This is the guy. This is the one that I need to be working with.\n\nThat's all we're trying to do. And so when you do this right, you can do that faster than you ever thought possible. So this is more powerful than certifications, degrees, or even case studies because those are external credibility indicators. Right?\n\nNow, maybe they could say well this guy's got ten case studies so he must be good or this guy's got a hundred case studies so he must be good or this gal went to Harvard and she has a degree so she must be good. All of those things are in a logical rational part of the brain. That's not what I'm talking about. What I'm talking about is the emotional part of the brain.\n\nAnd when you describe your audience's problems better than they can, they automatically assume that you know the answer. It's a conclusion that they reach on their own. And so it's gonna be very difficult for anybody to talk them out of it. So how do we do this?\n\nWhat you wanna do is you wanna build your communication around three things. Number one, what is that problem that you solve? You wanna be as specific about that as you possibly can. Number two, how is your audience experiencing that problem every single day?\n\nAnd number three, what have they tried in the past and why did that fail? When you nail these three things with perfect accuracy, your audience is immediately gonna conclude that you are an authority and that you can solve their biggest problem. So let me introduce you to one of my clients. This is Betsy.\n\nThis is her Instagram here. So you can see. She's posted a little video here. It says women who are heartbroken in their marriages usually keep it to themselves, and here's why.\n\nSo if you haven't guessed, Betsy's program is about helping women figure out whether they wanna stay in a marriage or not. Let's look at what she's written here. Unless you have the unconditional support of the people in your life, there's really no safe space to express your disappointment.\n\nFamily and friends might worry you'll make a huge mistake, so they tell you to suck it up, be grateful, and leave you with fearful scenarios like you could lose everything if you leave. Or they ask totally unhelpful questions like what kind of impact will this have on your kids? As if that question hasn't already kept you up at night. Do you guys see the power of this kind of copy? She's literally describing exactly what her audience is thinking, exactly what her audience is feeling, and exactly what they're going through in the moment. So Betsy did not have some big following but the more she speaks and communicates in this way, the more her audience sees her as an authority. Now you'll notice that she's using this using this copy here.\n\nShe's driving people straight into her authority video. Wanna find out more? So let's talk about the second insight.\n\nThe second insight that I have for you is that one is better than a thousand. So what do I mean by that? What I mean is that you don't need one a hundred pieces of content or a thousand pieces of content to establish your authority. All you need is one twenty minute presentation.\n\nThat's it. And we call this an authority video. And in case you haven't figured out, you're actually watching one right now. So what is an authority video?\n\nWell, here's the basic structure, and you guys can feel free to swipe this and deploy this in your business. Okay? So the first thing you're gonna do is you're going to describe the client's day to day experience of the problem, just like what Betsy did. She's going to you're gonna describe exactly what it feels like to have this problem.\n\nMakes this makes your audience feel heard and understood, and it establishes that you really know how to fix this problem. Then what you're gonna do is you're gonna reframe this problem as just being a symptom of a deeper issue that they're not even thinking about yet. Then you're gonna explain how they've tried to fix this, what they've done already, and why it hasn't worked. And then you're gonna show them how to solve that real underlying issue.\n\nAnd then you're gonna invite them to work with you to fix this for good. Now, obviously, there's more to it than that, but you can accomplish all of this heavy lifting in the space of about twenty minutes and that's it. So why does this work? Well, the reason this works is that this is not based on fads.\n\nIt's not based on what's trendy right now. It's based on human psychology, and human psychology never ever changes. So you're gonna see a lot of people out there in the marketplace that are, you know, trying to share their latest little technology tactic that they put together. Right?\n\nBut at the end of the day, the technology is changing all the time. What never changes is human psychology. So if you're building your business on some fad or some trend, you're really building your house on sand. What you wanna do and the reason we've been in business since twenty thirteen is because we build our house on the rock that never changes.\n\nAnd that rock is human psychology.\n\nAnother reason this works is that our most successful clients have run their authority videos for five plus years. Our most successful clients come to us, we help them put together their authority video, and they just let it run, and it never ever stops.\n\nAnd another reason this works is that people are always gonna doubt what you tell them, but they will never doubt what they conclude on their own. So as you describe their day to day experience of the problem, they're gonna conclude on their own that you have the answer. This is my client, Meg. Meg is a marriage and family therapist.\n\nNow, when she came to us, she had no social media presence. She had no audience. Now, she did have an advanced degree. She wasn't expert or what she did, but no online marketing, no online presence, no social media.\n\nI mean, literally nothing. And we helped Meg build an authority video And she has used that authority video to enroll two thousand clients into her high ticket coaching program. And that same video is still running today. Think about how cool that is.\n\nThat's two thousand marriages that Meg and her husband, Alfred, have saved in just the last few years. It's absolutely amazing. So here's the bottom line. Just one twenty minute authority video can be the backbone of your entire client attraction process.\n\nSo you don't need to spend years building trust when you can just create it from scratch. And if it took years, again, we wouldn't have the client results that we have, period. We wouldn't be able to take these coaches from nothing and nowhere and a dead start to building these incredible businesses in such a short amount of time. The authority video is the key that makes it all possible.\n\nAnd that brings me to the third insight, which is to keep it simple and scalable. The more complicated your client attraction process is, the more things can go wrong. Look. The tech stuff sucks.\n\nIf you're like me and most of the clients we work with, you absolutely hate having to wrestle with complicated software. You don't wanna have some complicated funnel with upsells and downsells and cross sells. We're just trying so hard to get somebody to say yes. You don't wanna do these big launches where you spend a fortune and then cross your fingers and hope that it works out.\n\nAnd you don't wanna do anything low ticket because then you're really devaluing the work that you do. All you need to do is get people's eyes on your authority video and that one authority video does all the heavy lifting for you to pre sell people and make them conclude on their own that you are the person that they need to work with.
