I am more thoroughly convinced today than ever that the speed of idea to execution is more important to a business's success of anything and so it's like I just want to put 15 people in a room and I don't want to have to write sales copy for it I don't want to have to think of any and everything basically I got allergic to the deals we've been making which have been unbelievably profitable are they complicated right 15 people need to be brought in on the dang it needs to be run up and down compliance I got SEC attorneys I got FTC attorneys you know my attorneys have attorneys and I'm like I just want to do something where I can show up and not have to worry about the rest and so this is one of those offers lesson to all of you there's always a small percentage of your audience who will just say yes because you offer them something and they know just being around you is going to pay off for them and so there's good in their strategic byproducts for this and there's all kinds of other different things that go on with this as well so here's the way I solve the traffic problem it's a convoluted backwards silly way that I don't know how easy and replical and useful this is to anybody else but it's fundamentally how I've always solved a traffic problem For Better or Worse usually for better than worse but nobody wants me to teach how to drive traffic because this is how I drive traffic I create an offer so good that other people want to promote it because they can't promote anything that makes them any more money than what they can promote for me so 100 of my traffic comes from Affiliates that's how I drive traffic by not driving any of it so labors of division right and this is again this is the this is the interesting position I found myself in which is one of the reasons is I just wanted to get out of it because it was it became Groundhog's Day for me you know the movie does the same thing over and over again the three components of any real business is traffic conversion and offer or fulfillment is like I like to think of it because then that has the offer plus the delivery and the execution of the offer no one business can do all of all three of these excellently no single business can you can't do all of them at the same time simultaneously and be excellent so I have this Theory I call it 1075 Theory these are the three elements which one are you going to be excellent at which one are you going to be above average at and which one of them are you going to be merely mediocre at and so I want to be excellent at this I want to be above average at this and I want to be mediocre at this but then over time what happens is you say listen if this is me internally how can I find somebody else who's a 10 out of this and combine them with somebody else who's a 10 out of this so now we can take the best out of the best now what we ended up doing is we got really good at dealing with the filling it's a very specific sub-segment of the traffic kinda we got good at Affiliates I didn't do it the way most people do most people you know they whine and dine them they promise reciprocals they get them in a heightened state of suggestibility right it's like the date rape drug only for marketers right they slip something in your drink and next thing you know you're promoting their product we do it differently which is harder in some ways but more fulfilling in other ways and more useful especially for the longevity of it but nonetheless we get all of our traffic from Affiliates and so I'll give you this is creative problem solving which I think always goes back to dealing with whatever the constraint hints whatever the objection is and so the constrain or the objection with what we were doing initially like let's take twf for example so pwf initially they are the offer and we are the conversion so rapid Crush ink right we're the conversion plus we have our house lists where the traffic we don't bring a lot of traffic by the way we still don't bring a lot of traffic to this very day we bring a lot of quality traffic quantitative Lido not so much right and here's something I've done that I guarantee you in our industry is extremely rare to this very day almost never seen in our industry and it's practically a unicorn outside of our industry meaning if you're in a different industry than me I guarantee you a high probability that nobody in your industry has ever done it twf has a webinar they have a sales funnel they have an offer they have a landing page for and we use none of that in our promotion so I don't send them to twf's material I just keep the offer there and we work on the full funnel so one of the things I learned as an affiliate early on is if everybody's promoting the same thing they can only incrementally improve it based on how they set somebody up to consume the thing if I'm promoting a different thing I could exponentially improve it because I'm doing something differently than everybody else yes it involves in building a whole entire funnel but then what happens is once we do something good we try to make a deal we go to twf and says how do we get all of your Affiliates to promote our funnel and so with twf the way that we got so many people on that webinar was simply because they went to every other Affiliates and say Hey listen our best affiliate who converts better than anybody else and has the best bonuses we worked out a deal to hire him so you don't have to compete with him you just have to promote him and it's weird because they're like wait a second affiliate is promoting and another affiliate which is promoting us so it's complicated right and some people quit but enough of them say yes and then they start to promote it and then we also bring in some of our Affiliates we let some of our Affiliates know hey you're looking for an offer they're like is flatland attached to it maybe if he was would you promote it you know then we bring in a lot of people to promote so that's how we typically will put people on a webinar I want to fix that so one of the reasons we're doing this product murder the objection there's a variety of reasons but one of the reasons is because I want to create a derivative from this product a small slice of this product a very small amount of it turn it hire a Ghostwriter put it into an e-book and sell it on for like five bucks with no countdown timer none of the different normally the normal I want Evergreen right so that's why it's called Murder the objection more than anything because that it's designed to capture the imagination on Facebook right because I'm tired of only being one-dimensional in that model of driving traffic through an affiliate perspective but you do what you can't so you get really good at one thing you automate it you kind of hand it off because Heather does all of this I have reputation which I leverage but Heather does a majority of it I mean will does a majority of it but then the the idea here is once we got that capacity up and running how do we add to it and so this is one of the ways in which we're going to create strategic byproduct IP that will put somebody in a funnel that will then allow us to grow traffic above and beyond I don't know if it'll work or not but I'm running an experiment to find out but the short answer is you get traffic any way you possibly can the Strategic solution that I always asked way above the Tactical implementation was who has my audience who already has it I don't have to sell the audience I got to sell the gatekeeper to the audience that's all I have to do let me sell the gatekeeper to the audience I used to do this back in the day where I say listen I'll sell your product to all the people who told you they wouldn't buy your product because what are you out they already told you no you can't lose you can only win let me try to sell them I just asked for a cut if I can do that that's a can't miss offer powerful bonuses do you save the best or less good question by Paul before the break I typically start with the best bonus and I save the second best bonus for last because it's that George Costanza theory of like when you when you hit a high note just leave right but there are deviations to that if my best bonus has an extra special component for people who only buy on the webinar then I'll Circle that back and that's like the Callback then that becomes the last one that we heighten it on if I do Save The Best For Last which I do in certain situations in certain scenarios I continually remind them of that so I'm going to show you a bonus package but before I do I want you to know something I've held the best for last so even though you're going to see stuff and say how can it be better than what he's showing me trust me it will be but before we get there you need to see what I have for you now and then you're halfway through the bonuses and you're saying wow we're only halfway through the bonuses however I still haven't shown you the best bonus yet and then you continue to close and go on but you're right it's really important what what order in which by the way the other order is this is the approach to click funnels right I said to Russell I said listen selling the software is one thing but giving the software away for free if they buy something else as a superior strategy because they couldn't make it profitable on a webinar they were not making enough money when they changed the webinar to here's an hour and a half of this software and guess what guess how much it cost nothing when you buy this course over here you get the software for free that changed the whole delivery of the webinar so sometimes selling the premium is the best strategy because you spend 60 Minutes to then reveal it the bonus is the thing you were talking about now people will buy the course just to get the bonus and the reason why that works in software specifically is because you again seven plus or minus two you focus on the software and they say well which tier should I buy and what happens if I cancel it and what happens if I go over usage and yada yada right if you say dude we're just going to give you the highest tier you can use it for six months after six months you can figure out if you want to continue to use it and what level you're going to be at we'll take care of that later but know this if you don't buy it right away you don't get it for free and they're like okay now I'm going to focus on what really matters not level of software it's like should I do this versus something else will I be able to do this you know do I have time to do this what if I sell you know a dog grooming product will it work for a dog or product will it work for a mouse will it work in a house will it work with socks will it work in a box yes it will Sam I Am you know Green Eggs and Ham right we deal with those objections it changes the focus of the objections but yeah you should consider when and what you reveal and how it will create or solve objections in your business
