        You don't have to be better in business. You just have to be different. People think that they need to be better than everyone in order to win. They have to have the best tactic, the best sales script, the best strategy. But that's not really how marketing actually works. Instead, it's better to be different. And here's what I mean. I can exactly replicate the Mona Lisa, but that doesn't mean I can sell it for millions of dollars. And I could add a mustache to the Mona Lisa to try to enhance it, and that actually makes it less valuable. So, what you don't want to do is recreate your own version of the Mona Lisa. What you want to do is create a different piece of art. You don't want to be better than the competition. You want to be weirder than the competition. So, you don't have to be better. You just have to be different.
