Prompt
Help me hand off my work before I'm away.
When I'm out, and how reachable (if at all) I'll be: {{dates}}
What's in flight (projects, deadlines, anything that could come up while I'm gone):
{{workload}}
Who's covering, and for what: {{coverage}}
Produce two things:
1. **An out-of-office reply** — short: my dates, whether I'll have any access, who to contact for what, and when I'm back.
2. **A handoff brief** for whoever's covering — for each item: current status, what (if anything) needs doing while I'm out, who to contact, and how urgent. Flag the few things that genuinely can't wait, and note what can safely sit until I return.
Use only what I've told you; don't invent tasks, contacts, or deadlines. If something important looks unassigned (no owner while I'm out), call it out so I can fix it before I go.
