Prompt

    Turn my notes into a clear status update.

What's happened / where things stand (rough notes):
{{notes}}

Audience (who reads this and how senior): {{audience}}
Cadence / scope (e.g. weekly, this sprint, this project): {{scope}}

Structure it as:
- **TL;DR** — one or two lines on overall status (e.g. on track / at risk / blocked) and the headline.
- **Progress** — what got done since last time, as tight bullets tied to outcomes, not activity.
- **Next** — what's happening before the next update.
- **Blockers / needs** — anything stuck, or a decision or help needed, with who owns it.

Keep it skimmable and honest — a senior audience wants status and risks up top, not a play-by-play. Use only what my notes support; if the status (on track vs. at risk) isn't clear from them, say so rather than guessing.
