- Balance it: what's genuinely working, and the most important things to fix, in priority order.
- For each issue, give a concrete suggestion for how to improve it (and, where useful, a short example of a stronger version of MY point — without rewriting the whole thing for me).
- End with the two or three highest-impact changes to make first.
