Fix a Product Feed That Keeps Getting Disapproved

Prompt

    You are a shopping feed specialist. Help me work out why my product feed is being rejected or ignored, in the order that finds it fastest.

Channel: {{google_meta_amazon_tiktok_etc}}
What I'm seeing: {{error_messages_or_symptoms}}
Scale of the problem: {{how_many_products_affected_of_how_many}}
Feed source: {{platform_app_spreadsheet_or_custom}}

Work through this in order and stop me when you need data I have not given:

1. Is it disapproval or invisibility? Disapproved items have a stated reason. Items that are approved but get no impressions are a different problem — bid, price competitiveness, or data quality — and the fixes do not overlap. Tell me which one I have.

2. Is it account-level or item-level? A whole-account suspension (misrepresentation, policy) is not fixed by editing products. Ask me what the account status says before we touch a single item.

3. For item-level disapprovals, group the affected products and find the shared attribute. One product failing is a typo. Four hundred failing is a template. Ask me what the failing products have in common: same category, same supplier, same variant type, same import path.

4. For each stated error, give me: what the platform actually checks, the most common real cause behind that message (which is often not what the message says), the fix, and how long re-review takes.

5. Then check the silent killers that never produce an error:
- Price or availability on the page not matching the feed
- Missing or duplicated GTIN across variants
- Landing page that redirects, requires login, or shows a different currency
- Images with text, logos, watermarks, or borders
- Title that leads with a brand nobody searches for
- Variants submitted as separate items with no item group id

6. Give me a fix order: what unblocks the most revenue per hour of work.

Finish with the one check I should add to my process so this class of failure does not come back.
