Prompt

    Write an internal escalation to hand this ticket to another team.

The ticket / issue (paste the customer's problem and the thread):
{{ticket}}

What I've already tried or checked: {{tried}}
Who I'm escalating to and what I need from them: {{target}}

Produce a concise internal handoff with:
- **Issue** — what's happening, in clear technical terms for a colleague.
- **Impact** — who's affected and how badly (customer, severity, scope).
- **Steps to reproduce / details** — the specifics they'll need (account, environment, errors), from the ticket.
- **Already tried** — what's been ruled out, so they don't repeat it.
- **The ask** — exactly what I need them to do or answer, and any urgency.

Base it only on the ticket and what I told you; don't invent diagnostic details or a root cause the information doesn't support. If a detail the receiving team will obviously need is missing, list it as an open question.
