Please:
1. **Diagnosis** — what's underspecified, ambiguous, or structurally weak? Be specific: missing context, unclear task, no output format, conflicting instructions, an over-constrained role, and so on.
2. **Rewritten prompt** — a stronger version. Use clear structure, state the task and constraints plainly, specify the output format, and use placeholders for anything that changes between uses.
3. **What changed and why** — a short list mapping each fix to the problem it solves.
Keep the rewrite as simple as the task allows — don't add ceremony that doesn't earn its place. If my goal itself is unclear, ask before rewriting.
