Build a Complete Lesson Plan

Please build a plan with:
- **Learning objectives** — what students will know or be able to do by the end, stated observably ("students will...").
- A **hook / warm-up** to open, the **main activities** in sequence with rough timings, and a **closing** that consolidates the learning.
- **Checks for understanding** along the way (questions, quick tasks) so I can tell if it's landing.
- **Materials and prep** needed, and where students are likely to struggle plus how to help.

Make it realistic for the time and grade level I gave you — better to teach one thing well than cram. If I gave you standards, align the objectives to them and don't invent standard codes I didn't provide. This is a starting plan for me to adapt to my actual students and judgment. If key details are missing (like the time or grade), ask before building.
