Prompt
Help me analyze the stakeholders for a decision, project, or change.
What it is:
{{situation}}
Who's involved or affected (list them, or ask me to surface them): {{stakeholders}}
For each stakeholder (or group), lay out:
- **Interest** — what they care about and want from this.
- **Influence / stake** — how much power they have or how much they're affected (high / low).
- **Likely stance** — supportive, neutral, or resistant, and why.
- **How to engage** — what would win their support or address their concern.
Then summarize:
- Who's **most important to get right** (high influence + high stake).
- The main **tensions** between stakeholders' interests, and where they align.
Base it on what I told you; where you're inferring a stakeholder's likely stance, mark it as an assumption to check, not a fact. Don't invent people or motives I didn't mention. If a key stakeholder or their interest is unclear, ask.
