NetEase Yunxin — sold internationally as CommsEase — provides instant messaging and real-time communication infrastructure, and its MCP server connects assistants to the IM, RTC and Data Open APIs. An agent can query chat histories, manage group communications, monitor RTC quality metrics and aggregate application statistics. The RTC quality angle is the useful one: call-quality debugging normally means reading dashboards, and this turns it into a question.
