PayPal MCP Server
The official PayPal MCP server connects AI agents to PayPal's commerce APIs. Agents can create, send, and track invoices, generate invoice QR codes, manage a product catalog, create and manage subscription plans and subscriptions, capture orders, and set up and monitor shipment tracking for payments.

Test against the sandbox endpoint https://mcp.sandbox.paypal.com before pointing anything at production — the tools move real money. Remote access uses client credentials from the Developer Dashboard as a bearer token; a local variant (`npx -y @paypal/mcp --tools=all`) takes a PAYPAL_ACCESS_TOKEN instead.
