Paddle's MCP server gives agents tools against the Paddle Billing API: evolving a pricing model including regional pricing and migrations, investigating failed payments, generating revenue and refund reports, processing subscription upgrades, downgrades, pauses and cancellations, onboarding enterprise customers on manual invoicing, and generating integration code or simulating webhook events for testing. Two things to check first: it is a remote hosted server your agent reaches over HTTPS, and it targets Paddle Billing — not the older Paddle Classic.
