The Intercom MCP server connects AI agents to your Intercom customer-messaging workspace. Agents can search conversations with filters for date range, source, state, and read status, giving assistants structured access to support and sales conversation history for triage, analysis, and reporting.

Pick the endpoint for your workspace region — EU workspaces use https://mcp.eu.intercom.com/mcp and will not authenticate against the US one. Scopes cover reading users, companies and conversations, and reading and writing Help Center articles.
