Globalping, run by jsDelivr, is a free public API onto a globally distributed probe network, and its MCP server lets a model run real network measurements — ping, traceroute, DNS, MTR and HTTP — from thousands of locations worldwide. That makes it genuinely useful for diagnosis: an agent can check whether a site is down everywhere or only from one region, and compare results across locations. Remote-hosted at mcp.globalping.dev, usable without authentication, with OAuth or an API token for higher rate limits.
