Atlassian MCP Server
The official Atlassian Remote MCP server (Rovo) connects AI agents to Jira and Confluence. Agents can read, search with JQL, create, edit, comment on, and transition Jira issues, and read, search with CQL, create, update, and comment on Confluence pages and spaces across your Atlassian Cloud site.

OAuth 2.1, and it respects the Jira and Confluence permissions the signed-in account already has — the agent cannot reach a project you cannot. An API token is available as an alternative.
