Apollo MCP Server

Apollo's MCP server exposes GraphQL operations as MCP tools, so an existing graph becomes an agent surface without writing a server per endpoint. The design choice worth noting: tools come from the GraphQL operations you explicitly define, not from the whole schema, which keeps the tool list intentional and reviewable rather than sprawling. Running it needs a graph to sit in front of, operation definitions to expose, and a configuration file. Written in Rust, installable from a release or built from source.
