Sean Ferres
Teaches copywriters to move into creative strategy — a better-paid role built on the same skills, with more of the ad's outcome in scope.
About Sean Ferres
Sean Ferres works on a specific career transition: copywriters who are competing for small per-project fees moving into creative strategy, where the brief covers the whole ad rather than the words in it. His argument is that the demand gap is already visible, with brands posting creative strategy roles continuously while copywriters chase far smaller work.
The training is deliberately short — a few hours — and built around a complete ad produced end to end rather than around theory. What comes with it is the working apparatus: a prompt stack, a tool stack, a swipe file, and the scripts used to sign the first client.
It assumes no design ability and no video experience, on the basis that neither is what a creative strategist is actually paid for.
