Jack Roberts

AI automation operator arguing that the field's tactics reset every few months, and teaching what survives the reset.

About Jack Roberts

Jack Roberts runs a seven-figure AI automation business and previously sold a startup with 60,000 customers. His central complaint is with the AI content market itself — that the incentive to call every release insane produces a stream of tactics with no shelf life, and leaves operators relearning their stack every quarter.

His roadmap is built as a defence against that. He is direct that what worked in 2024 and 2025 does not carry into 2026, and treats knowing what to ignore as a skill of equal weight to knowing what to build.

He traces how far the ground has moved: from connecting a mailbox to a model in a no-code builder a few years ago, to businesses now cancelling their software vendors and building the replacement themselves.
